Baoding Orbs is living spatial art for visionOS. Luminous orbs orbit, weave, and pulse through mesmerizing 3D patterns in your space. Open it, place it in your room, and let it run. Thousands of unique scenes cycle endlessly — there's always something new to glance over at.

Just open the app. Ambient mode starts automatically and begins cycling through unique scenes. No setup needed.

Ambient mode auto-cycles through thousands of scene combinations — different patterns, materials, and orb counts with smooth transitions. Zero-G mode lets orbs form up in a pattern then break apart into weightless drift. Tap the gyroscope for a fresh random batch.

Tap the gyroscope — the small sphere with animated rings inside the volume. In Ambient mode, this skips to the next scene. In Zero-G mode, it randomizes a fresh batch of orbs.

Double-tap the gyroscope to toggle the control menu. The menu includes play/pause, mode toggle, material cycle, settings, and more.

Tap the material button in the menu (the colored circle). Each tap cycles to the next material — Chrome, Liquid Glass, Jade, Amethyst, Obsidian, Opal, or Materia.

Tap the heart button in the menu. Hearted scenes appear more often in the ambient rotation. Tap again to remove the heart. No lists to manage — just a like button.

Drag the gyroscope to tilt the orbital plane. You can also use a two-hand twist gesture to rotate the constellation.

Baoding Orbs performs best with fewer apps running simultaneously. Try closing other apps. Scenes with 15-20 orbs are more demanding than smaller counts.

Settings (materials, scene duration, orb range) are saved locally to your device. If settings aren't persisting, try restarting the app. If the issue continues, contact support.
